Looking for an opportunity to be immersed in the off-road industry? We are currently looking for an office manager for a family-owned custom fabrication shop, specializing in off-road racing. This is a full time position, however during training (first 30 days) you will average 25 to 30 hours per week. Benefits include AFLAC, flexible hours, and vacation.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Parts ordering/receiving/invoicing

·         Community event planning

·         Scheduling / project management

·         Accounts payable/receivable

·         Work closely and in tandem with existing team to ensure complete customer satisfaction

·         Interact and communicate with staff daily to relay updates, project status, etc.

·         Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email and in person

·         General office tasks: data entry, creating correspondence, review and respond to emails, complete follow-up items

           in committed time frame, filing, etc.

·         When needed, run company errands to bank, post office, pick-up and deliver supplies, etc.

 

A great candidate will have the following qualities and talents:

·         Interest and experience in off-road industry is preferred

·         Reliable transportation & a valid driver’s license

·         Functional literacy in English is required (fluency in Spanish is a plus)

·         Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Great organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks

·         Attention to detail is a must!

·         Must be computer savvy and proficient in MS Word, and MS Excel, Google, various Social Media networks etc.

                  o   Experience with QuickBooks software is preferred.

·         Pleasant, professional and positive work attitude, with the ability to stay calm under pressure

·         Good work ethic, self-motivated with the ability to work independently

·         Ability to think quickly on your feet, with strong research and problem solving skills

We will provide training on our office policies & management system & accounting software.
